My name is Ledion. I come from Norway and have parents from Kosovo. I started playing chess when I was 8 years old and played my 1st tournament in 2014 where I got 2nd place. Chess has always been in our family. My brother plays it, my father did, my grandfather too and so on. I like history, chess, geography and English.

Smiling Pawn was a great improvement for me in chess. I learned a lot of new openings and tactics and got in a community where chess is discussed daily. It also helped me to meet more people in the chess community. I met people from all over the world and saw how they developed in chess and playing with them was always great practice for me. If someone was better than me I would try and find out different tricks or ideas to win against that player.
